If you’re looking to step up your plan, you’ve got two straightforward options:
Need a helping hand? Just shoot us an email at support@docugenerate.com or send us a message via the chat popup. Specify your current plan (e.g., Plus) and the one you’re looking to upgrade to (e.g., Premium). We’ll take care of the upgrade process and ensure a smooth transition.
Prefer the DIY route? No problem. Log in to your account, head to the Settings page, and cancel your current plan. Once that’s done, select the new plan you want, and subscribe.
For instance, if you’re moving from Plus to Premium, simply cancel your current plan, then subscribe to the new plan.
