Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No need to jump through hoops to get your subscription cancelled.
Go to the Settings page and click on the Manage Plan button:
You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted portal that allows you to manage your subscription and billing details. You can click on the Cancel plan button if you want to cancel your DocuGenerate subscription 😞
However, if you decide to keep your subscription and continue using DocuGenerate, you can click on Return to DocuGenerate.
