Yes, DocuGenerate has a concurrent documents limit, which is the maximum number of documents that can be generated at the same time across all of your templates. You can monitor your processing documents in the Documents tab of each template.
When you reach your concurrent documents limit, any additional document generation requests will be rejected with an error. You’ll need to wait for at least one document to complete processing before you can generate a new document.
For batch document generation, where documents are generated from multiple data items, the entire batch counts as a single concurrent document. This is because documents are generated sequentially within the batch.

With the Business plan, it’s possible to increase the limit beyond 20 concurrent documents. The cost is $50 per month for each additional 5 concurrent documents.
