🆕 Can I set a maximum monthly document limit?

By default, there is no hard limit on the number of documents you can generate with any paid plan. Each plan includes a specific number of documents per month, as detailed on our pricing page. However, to help you control costs and avoid unexpected charges, you can set a maximum limit on the number of documents that can be generated each month.

To view your current usage and limits, open the Account tab in the Settings page. If no limit is set, the infinity symbol ∞ is displayed for the monthly documents generated limit:

Setting a Maximum Limit

If you want to set a monthly limit, please contact us at support@docugenerate.com or send us a message via the chat popup 💬 and request that we set a maximum document limit and specify the number you’d like to set. Once the limit is applied, it will appear in your account usage table.

For example, if you requested a limit of 500 documents to match the included amount in the Plus plan, your table would look like this:

When you reach this limit, you will not be able to generate additional documents until the next billing cycle begins, preventing any unexpected overage charges.
